The firm is led by Alan Molina, CPA, a finance and accounting professional with more than a decade of experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, aviation, healthcare service and restaurant environments. Throughout his career, Alan has served in senior accounting and Controller-level roles, overseeing financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, cash flow analysis, and budgeting initiatives. 

With a background in both public accounting and operational finance leadership, Alan combines technical tax knowledge with real-world business experience. His approach integrates financial strategy and tax planning so clients are not just compliant, but positioned for stronger performance and smarter decision-making.
